REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Exchange :

Request for exchange must be raised within 7 days of product delivery. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

** An Unpackaging Video and Pictures of products with tags intact needed.

Return

Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be unused and unworn and returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

** An Unpackaging Video and Pictures of products with tags intact needed. 

- If Refunds get approved, they will be processed within 7 days and further will be initiated/credited within 10-12 working days.

-In case of Prepaid orders through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 10-12 working days.

-For COD orders, refund against return will be given as in-store credits

Note: Return of an already exchanged product will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- We endeavor to serve our clients with the best experience. We do not facilitate cancellation for products once placed. However, you can make an addition to your current order/exchange the product with the same value item till the time it is under pending pickup.
